Welcome to CB Skin Oasis. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments

Appointments may be booked online through our scheduling platform. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information when scheduling appointments. CB Skin Oasis reserves the right to modify appointment availability, service offerings, and scheduling procedures at any time.

New Client Deposit

All first-time clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $21 when booking their initial appointment.This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Payment Policy

Full payment is due at the time of service.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Zelle

  • Card (Tap to Pay)

Clients paying with cash are kindly asked to bring exact change.

A convenience fee of $2–$3 will be added to all Tap to Pay transactions.

Pricing & Service Changes

All service prices, packages, memberships, promotions, policies, and offerings are subject to change at any time without prior notice. CB Skin Oasis reserves the right to adjust pricing and modify or discontinue services at its discretion. The pricing in effect at the time of booking or service will apply.

Appointment Reminders & Communications

By booking an appointment and providing your contact information, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and other service-related communications via email, text message, and/or phone call.

You may also receive occasional promotional offers, special announcements, or business updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time; however, service-related communications may still be sent as necessary to manage your appointments.

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so through the appointment confirmation email by selecting the "Reschedule" option.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a $25 fee charged to the card on file.

Late Arrival Policy

A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled based on schedule availability. If an appointment must be canceled due to lateness, the applicable same-day cancellation fee will apply.

No Call / No Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the total scheduled service amount to the card on file.

If the card on file is declined, future booking privileges may be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

No exceptions.

Cycle Policy

Clients are welcome to receive services while menstruating.

Clients receiving intimate services during their cycle must arrive wearing a fresh tampon or clean menstrual cup, which must remain in place throughout the appointment.

For your convenience, tampons are available in the treatment room if needed.

Please note that the cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of changes to your menstrual cycle, including an unexpectedly early cycle.

Consent Forms & Client Responsibilities

All new clients must schedule under the designated "New Client" service option and complete the required consent forms before receiving services.

Clients agree that all information provided on intake and consent forms is accurate, complete, and truthful.

Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, skin sensitivities, recent treatments, or other contraindications may affect service eligibility, treatment outcomes, and client safety.

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any relevant health concerns, allergies, medications, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to treatment.CB Skin Oasis reserves the right to refuse, modify, discontinue, or reschedule services if a treatment is deemed unsafe, contraindicated, or otherwise not in the client's best interest.

Right to Refuse Service

CB Skin Oasis reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or reschedule services at its sole discretion if a client:

  • Violates studio policies;

  • Displays inappropriate, disruptive, disrespectful, threatening, or unsafe behavior;

  • Arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol;

  • Has a condition that may make treatment unsafe or unsuitable; or

  • Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information on intake or consent forms.

  • If the service provider does not feel comfortable performing the service.

Applicable fees may still apply in these situations.

Service Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary based on factors including hair growth cycles, skin type, medical history, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

CB Skin Oasis does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes or results.

Refund Policy

All services rendered are non-refundable.

Retail product returns or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of CB Skin Oasis.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, service descriptions, and other materials, is the property of CB Skin Oasis and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CB Skin Oasis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, booking platform, products, or services.

By booking and receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with hair removal and skincare treatments.

Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the website;

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;

  • Disrupt website functionality;

  • Upload harmful software or malicious content; or

  • Engage in unlawful activities through the website.

Policy Updates

CB Skin Oasis reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, pricing, services, policies, procedures, and website content at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of our website, booking platform, or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
